It’s important for everyone to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, and especially so for older people whose bodies are naturally weaker. It can be challenging for an older person to eat right, though, as they may lack the desire or physical ability to cook a proper meal. In this case, it would be ideal for a younger relative to cook for their elders or show them how to prepare simple meals. Dinner times could also be turned into family occasions which allow elderly people to enjoy not just a healthy meal, but also the company of relatives.
