About Us Video
BE INDEPENDENT HOME CARE DUBLIN
Be Independent Home Care is owned and managed by a group of fully trained, board registered, professional and highly experienced Irish Nurses. Each and every member of our staff strongly believes in the idea that every person who is elderly or unwell has a right to live independently by staying in their own home, if that is their choice. In order to do this, we believe that they should be able to access quality support and care at home, which is what we deliver at Be Independent Home Care. We operate by selecting only the finest and most qualified and experienced homecare assistants. Our homecare assistants provide home help, one-on-one assistance and home care services to assist our clients to live well in their own homes in Dublin.
Client Focused Homecare and Home Help in Dublin
When we meet our clients and their families, we assess the level of homecare that our client may require. This will determine the level of home care that may be required. In order for us to determine this, a dedicated Nurse Manager performs an in-depth review and consultation with every client before beginning homecare. We do not just take the level of home help needed into consideration, but also the relationship between our home health care assistant and our new client.
The Client-Carer Homecare Relationship
This is the most important home care relationship that will be established and is central to the success of any form of home care and the provision of homecare services. We look at factors such as skill sets, knowledge, abilities and individual personalities to ensure that we find the best fit for you. If required, we can also set up an introductory meeting between our client and their potential carer before care commences to put our client at ease. Once home care begins, the carer is supervised by our Care Managers, who set up routine quality visits and phone calls to our clients’ homes to ensure that they are happy with the carer’s provision of home help.
