Be Independent Home Care are delighted to continue their series of complimentary Health & Wellness Presentations, this time to members of The Carers Association.

 
The Carers Association is Ireland’s national voluntary organisation for and of family carers in the home. Family carers provide high levels of care to a range of people including older people, people with severe disabilities, the terminally ill and children with special needs. The Association was established in 1987 to lobby and advocate on behalf of carers. The upcoming Health & Wellness presentation which will take place on the 11th of October in St Brigids Community Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin will cover a variety of Health & Wellness topics and will be presented by the co-founder of Be Independent Homecare, Caitriona O’ Donovan. Caitriona who is a registered general nurse has been an invited speaker in the UK and Ireland for over 10 years on Wellness topics such as Exercise, Diet and Stress Management.
