The Be Independent Home Care complimentary presentation on Health and Wellbeing was presented to the Stillorgan Active Retirement Association on the 1st of October. The presentation which took place in St. Lawrences Parish Centre Kilmacud, Dublin was very well received by a large and enthusiastic group. The presentation which covered topics such as Exercise, Diet and Stress Management was particularly relevant as this is Age Action Irelands. Postive Ageing Week.
