This absence of quality standards had created unacceptable risk to home care customers. This factor was a key driver for the foundation of Be Independent Home Care and we are passionate about the delivery of trusted quality assured services to our clients.

At Be Independent Home Care we are proud to say that we are members of HCCI. Home and Community Care Ireland (HCCI) is the trade association representing quality providers of home care Ireland. In the absence of State regulation of home care services, HCCI members adhere to a strict code of conduct based on international best practice guidelines which is independently audited by third parties. Be Independent Home Care have successfully passed this comprehensive audit by meeting these stringent guidelines.  All HCCI members commit to rigorous recruitment, garda-vetting, training and supervision procedures to ensure that the highest standard of care in the home is provided by members across the country.
