Client Care Manager – Be Independent Home Care  - Dublin

We genuinely love what we do and we are currently seeking a Client Care Manager who has a background in Nursing and is equally passionate about Home Care to join our team. This is a really exciting opportunity for a cheerful, kind, energetic and empathetic individual to work with us to help co-ordinate our client care and supervise our care team. The position is full time (Monday to Friday) and while you will work out of our Malahide office up to 75% of your time will be out in the community visiting our clients and care team in our client’s homes and building relationships with our multi-disciplinary colleagues in the community.

The successful candidate must have a background in Nursing. Prior experience of working in the home care setting and experience as a care manager is preferable. They must be able to work as part of a team and have experience supervising people and have the ability to manage their own workload. They should be a pro-active, enthusiastic and energetic individual with strong communication skills and have good IT skills and excellent organisational and planning skills. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential

The successful candidate will have their own caseload of clients, will carry out client assessments and devise care plans and be responsible for quality assurance for their designated caseload of clients. They will also supervise the care team who is responsible for providing the highest quality of home care to their clients. The Client Care Manager will also network and build relationships with the multi-disciplinary teams in the community and participate in the development and marketing of the company.
